question about powerscroll & taming

Hi!

I got a few questions about powerscroll and animal taming, hope someone can show me the light

1) do i need to reach skill cap before i eat up a powerscroll?
for example, do i need to reach skill cap 100 before eat up a 105 PS, and need to reach skill cap 105 before eat up a 110 PS...and so on...until 120?

2) animal taming can reach 120 max?
how much is the market price of taming 120 PS?

3) what is "Bulk Order Deeds"? i read wiki and it said it will give rewards.
is this a npc mission? how to do achieve it exactly?

1. U dont have to reach 100 skill to use any PS. Infact u dont have to rise ur taming up to 120 to have 120 taming skill, but u have to use 120 PS.(boost with jewelry and such)
2. Currently max animal taming is 120. Prices on every item in here vary(sometimes alot). 120 taming is mostly around 2 mil.
3. "Bulk Order Deed" is a contract with an NPC(there are taming, BS, tailor, carpentry and bowcraft BOD's currently) for specific item(or animal). U can fill the BOD and return it to the NPC and he will give u a reward. Also there are Large BOD's wich require few-several small BOD's to be completed. This mean u have to possess all small BOD's, to fill them up beforehand and them to fill the large BOD with the small ones.
