Ideas about horses and ilshenar

First of all I have a little experience on Excelsior shard and like playing here, but few things stroke me and I want to suggest several ideas about them.
1) It's very unrealistic that several mules and nobles are stronger then most tamed mobs like dragons, which also require about same skill to tame like horses. We know that before using imprisoned pets players in most cases actively use either mules or nobles, with only exception being cu-sidhes. Unicorns and nightmares being mostly unused. At my first week on playing here I found that dragons and other mobs are actually good to tame, but after collecting money to buy maxed mules simple(breeded) horses which take 1 slot turn out to be much more powerful.
The way to change this is to make pet cap on strength and hit points after breeding equal to about 300*(number of slots used by pet). This will make other mobs more useful for players who have money to buy maxed pets, and make unicorns and nightmares actually better for battle then plain mules.
Another possible variant is to add more tactics to battles by making cap on strength about 1000 as now but capping hit points by same formula 300*(number of slots used by pet). This way players would first send high hp tanks to take damage from mobs and after that send lower hp/slot but high strength pets.
Imprisoned pets could be left same, or ability to heal player like echees do could be added to them with lowering max hp/strength.
This idea is aimed to make taming more realistic, balanced and diverse.
Then we come to another point that actually it maybe unrealistic that anyone who has skill only in taming is able to tame a dragon, so taming some pets could require other skills like magery or tactics in addition to animale taming.
2) Maybe I haven't played enough but Ilshenar seems more rarely visited by players then other facets. This could be changed by increasing stats on some of weaker Ilshenar artifacts, if it is possible to implement. Another way is to put doom gauntlet artifacts there, with gauntlet loading something other then artifacts, like valuable reagents, lower powerscrolls or lower stat scrolls.
