New Player Multiple IP address

Hello all, I am a new player, Name is Millix in game.
I have just one rather important question....
I drive a semi truck for a living, and thus my IP address changes frequently as I connect to many different wifi spots. Is this going to be an issue as far as being banned and what-not?
I am moving to Excelsior from Allure of The Unknown shard, as they will be shutting the doors September 6th. This was not an issue there, as I have been a player there for almost 6 years. Just trying to find a new home.
