I was thinking of moving my house, however I also want to make it bigger.. Its a connected house Would like to move it and make it bigger can this be done w. out tearing it down? Thanks!

you can pay to have your house moved by a gm, prices are listed in the codex.

To "re-size" a plot, the old plot needs to be demolished, and replaced with a larger blank plot.
