i believe it was either 12 or 13 skills i bought 120's of your choice, i dont remember
as well as +20 skillballs for everything that was necessary

custom titles are 500k gold, page and have the check in your bank and let them know the title, as long as it's shard appropriate, and preferrably related to something along the lines that uo would have.
