This item is obtained via a quest in the Mistvale Safe Haven.
If you would like some help gathering Daemonic leather, speak to Marina the Master Mage along the North wall of the building. She will ask you to collect regular leather and vials of daemonic blood. These vials may be found on the corpses of Daemons, Balrons, and lich lords inside any of the Mistvale dungeons.
NOTE: You can repeat this quest as many times as you want, but you can only receive the quest if you are currently working on the Mistvale Merchantile quest.
