You can view the most up-to-date staff services list and pricing on the player services portion of our main website: http://www.uoex.net/codex/services

'''

Prices are NOT listed on this page because they are frequently changed. You should always check the codex services page for information about services provided by the staff.'''

'''Title change'''

You can have your title changed to pretty much anything you would like as long as it follows the shard rules and isn't more than 20 characters (including spaces) in length.

'''Name change'''

You can change the name of one of your characters, but no more than once a week and no more than twice a month. 20 character maximum. No names in all capitals or alternating capitals. The name must follow the shard rules.

'''Personal message on the town criers'''

'''Maximum of 72 hours and 2 lines.''' This is meant for advertising your guild, vendor, or simply as a personal message you want others to hear. Advertisements for real world entities such as companies, products or other shards are not permitted - if you wish to advertise such things please contact the coordinating administrator.

'''Skill decrease'''

A staff member will decrease any skill you would like to any level you would like, as long as that new level is lower than your current skill level. This is possible due to no-skill-limit, since you cannot decrease your own skills. For example, Bushido collides with Parrying.

'''Hair type or hair color change for your bio-engineered pet'''

If using a special hue not available on regular dye tubs, a uni tub must be provided.

'''Rescuing items and pets from a backup'''

+Colibri keeps hourly backups for the past 3 months, and daily backups for the past year. The recovery process can take a long time, plus the concentration and coordination to find your items and check for various irregularities, hence the price. This is only possible if you know the exact precise time of when you last saw the item. It's not possible if it was "sometime last week". This is only intended for items that you lost within the last few weeks, because recoveries from further back can get very complicated.

'''Note:''' Sometimes this can take a very long time of waiting for +Colibri to do.  Also, '''ONLY +Colibri''' Can do an item recovery, so paging the staff or pming staff members, or talking about it in world chat will not help. If you have concerns on it, feel free to email +Colibri directly, the email is on the front page of the shard.

'''Levelable Weapon Undo'''

Weapons can only be undone to what they were at an earlier time, this requires loading of a backup and then re-making of the weapon as it was at that time. The weapon will be reverted to exactly what it was at the exact date and time you specify, including it's experience/level. This is very similar to you loosing the weapon and then requesting an item recovery. The weapon can be recovered from a point in time that is up to one week in the past from the time you request the recovery. For example, if you know that you applied some points by accident, or you thought of a better use for those points, you would request an undo to a time before you have spent those points (an hour or two earlier).

'''Undo of max 2 points on a weapon'''

This is possible only on artifacts (not on crafted or looted weapons), if you accidentially applied 1 or 2 points to some bonus and you want to undo it.
