This quest is pretty easy.
Once you talk to the Ambitious queen you need to go and kill 5 red solen queens.
There are 4 of these in the hive. Look for the queens near the Eggs.
If you're not friended to the hive and a new player you may wish to wait at one spawn for all 5. If you're seasoned then running from spawn to spawn is a bit faster than waiting.
Once you have killed the 5 queens finish collecting Zoogi until you have 50.
Return to the queen and talk to her, then give her the 50 zoogi. She will give you some gold, a bag of sending and a few powder of translocation.
Enjoy your new bag of sending, its a huge timesaver as it will send your gold/items to the bank from wherever you are (excluding Doom Gauntlet)!
