The Ring of Ice is a GoC Quest Item and is part of the Prism of Light portion of the quest. The Ring of Ice is found on the corpse of the Ice Wyrmling, which is located in the sixth section of Prism of Light.
Note: This item is Account Bound. The first person to pick the item up out of the corpse is the owner. It cannot be traded or even picked up by another player once the first person has picked up/moved from a corpse. Even just moving it around on the corpse will create ownership.
