Citadel Elixir Chest
A couple modifications have been made to obtain the elixirs that periodically spawn in this chest. A door was added and both the door and the chest are now locked. The key to open these objects can be looted from one of the Black Order members in the immediate area. The key will have a 15 minute decay and must be used directly to unlock the chest(double-click and target the chest). The chest will stay unlocked for 30 seconds.
There is also a hidden teleporter in the chest room in case players get locked in.
