What is a stat scroll?
Stat scrolls are used to increase your maximum stats on your character. They come in +5 through +50 scrolls, in increments of 5. Warning Note: Using a stat scroll will not raise your individual stats (Str, Dex, Int) over 125, for that you need to purchase Individual Stat Scrolls from the Excelsior Dollar Reward Room in Trinsic.
How do I get a stat scroll?
To obtain one of these scrolls you must defeat the Harrower. In order to summon the harrower you need to gather 6 skulls from various champion spawns. You need the skull of Greed (Vermin Horde Spawn), Skull of Venom (Arachnid Spawn), Skull of Death (Unholy Terror Spawn), Skull of Pain (Abyss Spawn), Skull of Power (Cold Blood Spawn, Ice Champ), and the Skull of Enlightenment (Forest Lord Spawn).
You then must either go through a gate that spawns at the end of a champion spawn, or Run manually to the Star Room in Terethan Keep in Felucca. Located Here
Once you place all the skulls, step into the gate that appears and you will be teleported to the Destard Entrance. The Harrower will be located and spawned on the North End of the dungeon. Located Here
+5 to Individual Stat Cap Scrolls
A +5 to Individual Stat scroll is a scroll that can be purchased in the Excelsior Dollar Reward Room in Trinsic for 50 Excelsior Dollars (EDS). This Scroll Will increase the stat cap of one of your stats by 5 (Str, Dex or Int). The max an individual stat can be raised to is 150. The menu used for this method is pretty straightforward and easy to use.
The Scroll looks like this 
Double click the scroll to bring up a menu, then select which stat cap you would like to raise by 5.
