Tactics
The Shimmering Effusion is fairly easy fight. 3 Fetid Essence's will spawn shortly after he does. You can kite Effusion back towards the gate in order to avoid fighting the Essence's as well. Can easily be solo'd, although pets may be required to tank if your HP/Dex aren't high enough.
