Pet Breeding

Pet breeding is based on averages.

The basic formula is mother + father / 2 = baby.

Wild creatures that you tame can be levels 10-30. The formula for levels is mother's current level + father's current level / 2 + (1,2, or 3) = baby. For example 2 level 30 parents will make a level 31, 32 or 33 pet. A 26 and a 30 will make a 29, 30, or 31 level pet.

Wild creatures begin as generation 1. When you breed 2 pets the babies are parent generation +1. 2 generation 4 pets make 2 generation 5 babies. A generation 1 pet and a generation 5 pet will make a generation 2 baby and a generation 6 baby.

Each owner will receive a claim ticket for the baby that can be redeemed in 3 days(72 hours). Both parents will have delays of 6 days(144 hours) before you can use them again. There are delay reduction deeds that reduce the breeding delay by 24 hours(available on gold vendor stone). To redeem claim tickets drop them onto the breeder and the gold will be removed from your bank.

You can breed pets by yourself so long as you have the necessary slots to have both pets out. To initiate a breed left click the pet, click NPC info and if you are able to breed the pet there will be an option to do so.

Pets that are level 9 or higher can breed.

The restrictions on breeding are, nothing level 43 or higher can breed. Nothing generation 10 or higher can breed.
