This table discusses player attribute caps, a useful tool for planning Relayers

Damage Increase | 100% | 50% | 100% Cap from equipment, uncapped otherwise. |
Hit Chance Increase | 45% | 50% | HLD/HLA both lower HCI/DCI by 25%. Some may wish to compensate for this, but you shouldn't need to. 45% HCI and 65% DCI should be fine. |
Defense Chance Increase | 65% | 50% | Divine Fury lowers DCI by 20%. You need 65% to efficiently cap this. |
Faster Cast Recovery | 6 | 6 | Unsure if cap on wep is 6, but you don't need more. |
Faster Casting | 4 | 1 | Protection lowers FC by 2, but you cannot counter it with more FC. Even at 6 FC, you will be at 2 with Protection on. |
Lower Mana Cast | 40% | 10% | GoC sleeves/boots/chest give you 20% LMC, Followers Sash gives 8% |
