To create either a premade house or your own custom design, you first need to purchase a House Placement Tool File:HousePlaceTool.jpg from an Architect. Once you have the tool, find a clear enough area where you'd like to place your house then double click the tool and choose which house/plot you want. The money to pay for the house will be deducted from your bank. The limit is 2 houses per account, although more can be purchased by donation or with ED. The current price of an addition is 400 ED, and this includes the GM attachment service (placing the new plot as an expansion to a current house).

Deco Tool - Used to arrange items in your home.
Yard Wand - Used to purchase and place special items in and around your home.
