The Pigments of Tokuno are used to dye magical items (such as weapons and armor). They are classified as a Major Tokuno Artifact that can be obtained by turning in 10 Minor Tokuno Artifacts to Ihara Soko the Finance Minister of Tokuno.
The colors these dyes come in are Berserker Red, Rum Red, Luna White, Dryad Green, Nox Green, Violet Courage Purple, Shadow Dancer Black, Invulnerability Blue, Paragon Gold and Fire Orange (unsure on Fire Orange).
