To enter the event, go to Moonglow and step into the gate between the Blacksmith's shop and the Bank.
The Save Christmas quest can be obtained just a few steps south, at the entrance to the dungeon. To access the Elf, Santa, or Reindeer quests - step onto the green sparkle a few tiles to the North of the dungeon entrance.
