The Palace of Paroxysmus is a linear dungeon wrought with many enemies. An in depth walk through can be found here: Palace of Paroxysmus Walkthrough. It is located in Felucca, just north of Terathan Keep in the Lost Lands: Palace of Paroxysmus Location.
The Palace of Paroxysmus is home to Chief Paroxysmus, a Peerless Monster, which drops a decent amount of gold and has the chance to drop looted weapons and a GoC Quest item.
