Radioactive Material is a GoC Quest Item and is part of the Palace of Paroxysmus portion of the quest. Radioactive Material is found on the corpse of a Toxic Experiment's which are located all over the area.
Note: This item is Account Bound. The first person to pick the item up out of the corpse is the owner. It cannot be traded or even picked up by another player once the first person has picked up/moved from a corpse. Even just moving it around on the corpse will create ownership.
