"Surprise" Grand Auction!

+V and I will be holding an impromptu grand auction this Thursday June 21st at 9:00 PM Eastern US Time.

This auction will vary slightly from the usual. Here's how it will work:

- There will be only one auction, no 'duplicate' auction will follow it.
- Multiples of some items will be sold.
- Some items will be sold for tokens as well as for gold. If you win the item in one currency, you cannot win the other.
- We will not be limiting players from bidding on multiple items. However, if any one player seems to be hogging all the items, we will prevent that person from further bidding.
- Items are on display in the usual area outside of TC.
- We will have 3 "mystery items" that will be revealed the day before the auction. Their place holders are on display. Each of these items is brand new, never having been sold on our shard before (to our knowledge). NOTE: It is possible that these items will be removed or changed before the auction. That's why we're keeping them a mystery!

We apologize for the odd time of the auction, it's the best we can do as our schedules are jam packed for the next few weeks. It was either this or no auction at all, and I know how many of you have been asking for one to be held. We hope to see you there!

I crashed when I went through the gate to check out the items, now every time the client loads it crashes. However I can still load alt chars. Can I get you to move Nelapsi to someone else?

Edit: Just tested with a second char, something in that area is crashing my client.. (btw, now have 2 chars stuck)

For those having crashing issues at the auction display area:

Clear your cache. If that doesn't work, log in without razor.

I have no clue what is causing the issue, but I'll ask the admins and hopefully we can fix it.

now i got my chr Rune Leafsong stuck there too and i wasnt using Razor

i can log in fine on other chrs but when i log in Rune it just crashes
how do i clear my cache?

Did not crash while visiting the auction area nor the display area.

Razor was running at the time.

I crashed going to the display area. I cleared my cache and started the client without razor and I still crash. Has anyone else figured out how to fix this issue?

i do not have this problem. but sadly enough i have a fund raiser for a friend on june 21st :( there are 80,000 people in usa needing kidneys but only about 3k people get them. :( i want that bow dang it ah well hopefully there will be more like them in times to come :)

i have the same problem i get a crash there, and i log in and get disconected again... cant log in from yesterday with my char... hope fix it soon

Has this issue been addressed yet?
I would like to see the items before the auction, But, as i have been in queue for many weeks for another issue, I am not willing to be stuck in an area where i cannot play for a month or more...

I had the problem too but I found a fix that worked for me. Don't log in with razor, just the client. Then look at the items, move away and log out/back in with razor again. Hope this works for you guys too. Good luck!

Yes, I have already posted the fixes for this issue. If you still cannot get in after trying the things I recommended in my previous post, get on an alt and send in a page. We will move you when we can.

Oops, sorry +N, I didn't see your post, I just figured it out on my own and posted what worked for me.
