Stealable artifacts

Whoever set up the stealable artifacts in Tokuno awesome I have had a blast wandering the land looking for them. Even found the lvl 8 sword display. Was wondering if you have done this with artifacts anywhere else in the game? Once again very cool have enjoyed my time here so far thank you to everyone who works on this shard.

Are there any other places one can find Stealable Artifacts, Rares, or Stealable Items in general? I am curious to know if other dungeons have this ability. When in the new custom dungeon by Umbra gate in the Balron room there is a hammer there that says it does 1000000 hp and only has 4 uses left. Although it highlights yellow when hovered, the item cannot be stolen

Was pretty stoked when I saw it, but noticed it was prank item.
