im looking to buy a house in a secluded area (prefer one that only a rune can take you there) but definitely
an area i can call my own. i am working on saving the money up to buy a place like this. but have no idea how much gold im looking at having to save. if anyone has a place they would like to sell to me please pm me (lil bunny) and let me take a look at it. if i don't have the amount that you are asking and if you will be patient with me i WILL come up with it.......thank you lil bunny

Is an 8x8 House, Maybe larger with one of the customizable ones, or two story log, or sandstone etc. acceptable?

For prices of the above, just pick up a house placement tool from an architect, I use the one in the Malas->Luna, he is in the room north of the mages, or turn right into the first door on your right once you enter from the World Transport System.

Were I think one will go is on an Island with low to no spawn, maybe 5 other houses on the island but you wont be near them.
