Tailor BOD timer

I have noticed that the tailor BOD's seem to run on a different reset timer to the other trades. When I do the run to collect my BODs I get tailor, smith, carpenter and sometimes a bowcrafter all within a min or 3 of each other. When I go back a few hours later I can generally collect all except the tailor one. It will often tell me I have to wait anything from 1 hour to 4 hours. Given that my skill level is the same for all the trades it seems a little odd.

That's odd, with 120 in all trade skills, it seems that the timer for each BOD is the same except for taming which take one more hour to reset.

I found out that the reset timer depends on the skill level (Higher skill => more time before reset). I never tested it with +skill gear, but it might affect the timer. Are you wearing tailoring gear when you collect you BOD ?

This happens to me too. I've seen the trainer tell me as high as six hours to get my next BOD. This only happens to my alt character that collects BODs from the Luna tailor it seems.

My 2 tailors are both at 100 skill with no + skill gear.
I typically collect bods in Skara Brae.

I have been collecting BODs at Excelsior Halls for three years without a problem. All of the BOD vendors are here within a few steps of each other. Maybe you just need a change of scenery.

I tried a few things and could not replicate the problem you have. How often does it occur? Does it happen with your alts as well?

It is only tailor bods I have this probelm with. It happened as recently as last night.
I collect bods on 3 characters and when I do a bod run I log them in one after the other so there is only a few moments between collections. I did my first run around 6PM local time.
Toon 1 (100 Blacksmith) collected bod
Toon 2 (100 tailor) collected bod
Toon 3 (80 smith, 100 tailor, 104 carpenter, 100 tamer) collected a bod for each

Around 9:15 PM I did another round.
Toon 1 - collected BS bod
Toon 2 - no bod come back in 3 hours
Toon 3 - collected tamer, smith and carp but could not get a tailor bod - come back in 2 hours.

That is fairly typical of what has been happening on a fairly regular basis. Thereare however many days when I do not get the chance to collect bods inside about 8 hours of the previous run. I've not had a probelm when there has been a big gap. But it seems any time I got back in less then say 4 hours the tailor's jack up and refuse to pass on the desired green paper. I have, on a previous occassion when the tailor at Skara refused me, headed off to Brit to try my luck there. I didn't get a bod at Brit either

This is far from a show stopper and doesn't really diminish my enjoyment of playng on this server. I just found it curious that it only seems to effect the tailor bods.

When this happens to me, it seems like it happens if I get a different BOD type before it like a smith BOD. This used to happen to me almost daily with my alt. My main char collects BODs at a different location.

I'll move each collector to a different city and see if that changes anything.
