once youre at the training room youll see some green dagers (dirks) on the tables near the trainers look for the one for archery skill and use it on the trainers. using the weapon on trainers will get you to 75 archery skill if you want to go higher use the dagger on a personal trainer or any mobs outside the training room.

KSaras, a method to increase your skill resisting magic might be to simply cast Clumsy on yourself over and over again until you actually reach 100. This activity was advised on the skill training wiki and I can assure you 200% that it works. Remember to also consider your resistances to physical, fire, cold, poison, and energy. Check the value of those resistances in your status character window. Hope it helps you..
