Server has just crashed, a problem with a diagnostic tool. There will be a 15 minute revert (to the last save which was at the hour). The server is coming online now, should be about 5-10 minutes.

Server is currently down due to a restart, but there was a complication and so it will probably not come up for a full hour.

Can't Login
My client is getting stuck at verifying account, is there a server issue or is something wrong with my client?

There's a technical issue with this upgrade, I am working on getting it up as soon as possible. It's an error that's hard to recreate in development environment, so i'll have to investigate while the server is frozen.

Technical issues occur... no question. What I'd like to know is when the restart was. I'm getting the impression it was only minutes ago.

The restart was roughly 50 minutes ago, and then it froze and +C started looking in to things to fix the issue
to clarify the server was up and running after the restart then it froze

We can't ask more than that. Make's me happy that it took me 20 minutes to notice the 30 minute estimate though.
