Yep, the server has crashed - this is the 3rd such incident, so there's definitely something wrong on the hardware or rack level. I'll get it up asap, will keep you posted.

We are online! With a 4-minute revert (last save at :45, the crash was at :49).
Working with the server provider to look into the issue, doing some diagnostics myself.

Looks like the problem persists, so i'm taking advantage of this downtime to diagnose the server further. I could put it online right away, but it could crash in hours, or day (or more than a week as it just did), but while we're already offline, let's give it a bit longer - going to be working on it for another hour.

Ok we're back online, there was a 55 minute revert. We're now on a 15-minute world save interval until this is cleared up, i'll dig into this issue in the following days.

Seems like a lot of stability issues and reverts lately. Should we expect this to continue? Or will there be some return to a reliable state soon?

I am wondering, if this is not side effect of "new server" migration... can it be some faulty memory ... which is allocated just when server becomes more busy or runs longer without restart ...?
Xeon platform can have nice memory diagnostics , ECC and all that jazz ... but it may be not configured or not monitored ..

I just got an afk check while I was training my chivalry. I answered correctly, got a "thank you for being here." And then I got disconnected and can't login... did I just get banned? If so, why?
