1. 5% chance of Hit Flamestrike/Hit Chain Lightning/Hit Energy Bolt
2. Add "exceptional" tag to a weapon (with the corresponding damage increase)
3. Add "slayer" tag to a weapon

How about an increase to the animal spawner limit? People like Zalia put a lot of time and effort into keeping the spawns active for tamers. For those of us who have been here awhile and will be sticking around that could be awesome to help that out =)

this little spot in magincia coupled with merging and sinking of houses gave me the idea of shrinking houses
you can fit a larger house on a smaller plot of land so to speak
yeah there is still alot of house locations out there but maybe some people prefer a more convenient location

the larger house eg: tower/keep/castle gets moved out to green acres
and you just have a small 7x7 plot with a teleporter
and i know you can already do this sort of thing right now
was just thinking of something a little different

idea of shrinking houses

hehe had similar idea, but guessing technically in UO it would be possible by making gates in same way as when you enter dungeon, to lead you to different place of map, where house will be in normal size. Consequences would be that it will look same, independently of what you make on other side, and nobody see that you are home without entering it. Think Tardis wouldn't be bad option for such.
