The plan is to open it today around 18:00 (6pm) shard time.

Will the trick or treat quest be active this year? I cant find Mary anywhere.

If I complete de runs is the seasonal totem still available?

That's the defunct version. The current version is: wear your costume (from the gate at TC) and "chat" with any NPC.

Thanks Wil. I have been doing that from previous years but I really wanted to get the totem. Is it still available if I do enough halloween dungeon crawls?? Thx.
