I have no idea how I did it exactly but I must have managed to fat finger my password when I very first logged in. Now when trying to log back in it says the credentials are invalid no matter what combination of password i try.
Is there anyway to get a password reset or hell just an account wipe since its literally only like 15 mintues old? lol

if that is the only account youve ever opened on uoex and youve sent colibri an email explaining your situation i think its safe to go ahead and open a new account you can log into and start playing the game with. colibri has been very busy and may not get to your email for some time i dont think hed mind you breaking the letter of the law in this case. once you open the new account do not try to log into that first account again because colibri will know about it and it would look very bad.

Yeah when it comes to these things, we have to consider the idea behind the rule. It's not that you'd get automatically banned if you create a second account, for example:
- Created an account, forgot the username or the password (like in your case), and since the account has very little gametime on it, it's best to just make a fresh one.
- Mis-typed the username, so another account was created. Realized right after, and logged into the real/main account. In such cases the 2nd account doesn't even have any characters, so there's no doubt that this is just a mistake.
- Mis-typed the username like the previous example, but thought that the main account has already been deleted due to inactivity, and so created a character and started playing. The next day, remembered the actual username, and started playing the main account again. In this case, it's proper procedure to leave everything you've gained on the temporary account.. although, if it has been a few days of playing, it wouldn't be a big deal to transfer that 50k gold (since you'd make much more on the main account which has a better gear anyway).
As long as it's very obvious that it was a mistake, not intended to do it for the newbie benefits or to gather the starter gold.
