I would love it if there was somewhere to hunt really to level your weapon besides doom, I recall all over in there and into fire and other places as well but honestly doom is just the best because of fast respawn rates.

Leveling a weapon can vary a lot based on a few things, number 1 your gear can you walk up and 1 or 2 hit a lich or does it take you a few moments? The faster you can kill the faster you level its really that simple, I can get a weapon to level 18 in a few hours though some people are much faster ...

It has happened to me once, out of the hundreds of SOS's I have done I only came across it once.
Even had a GM come and try it out and make sure I was not just nuts and in the wrong location, tried tramm and fel and could not fish it up!
