Stat Caps
Hello, i am a little bit confused with the Wiki on Stat Caps. For example HCI: The wiki states that the Total Cap from Gear is 45% and the Level Wep Deed Cap is 50%. In the side notes it says 70% HCI nullifies any effect from HLA. From what i understand is, that i can not increase my HCI above 45% f...

APPROVED: Washable bandages
Hi there, don't know if this has been mentioned before ... just wanted to ask what you think about washable bandages.
You applay a bandage and it remains in your backpack as a "bloody bandage",
as soon as you wash it out (on a river, a fountain etc.) it may be used again as a normal bandage.
