Hello,
i am a little bit confused with the Wiki on Stat Caps.
For example HCI:
The wiki states that the Total Cap from Gear is 45% and the Level Wep Deed Cap is 50%.
In the side notes it says 70% HCI nullifies any effect from HLA.
From what i understand is, that i can not increase my HCI above 45% from gear.
So if i have 40% on my weapon and 20% on a ring, HCI would be 60% but due to the cap its 45%, am i right?
Same goes for DI.
Cap from gear is 100%, so wearing three relayers with 50% DI each wont give me 150% but 100% right?

Re: Stat Caps
It's technically 60 but only 45 does the job while the rest is sitting on a bench.illogic wrote:For example HCI:

If you get hit by Hit Lower Attack it lowers your Hit Chance Increase by 25%. If you only have 45 HCI total, HLA will drop it to 20. If you go over cap with HCI to 70, HLA will drop your HCI to 45 - which is the maximum "working" value anyway. Basically if you have 70 HCI, you are HLA-proof.
Yeah. DI from a weapon included.illogic wrote:Same goes for DI.
