Can't log into shard

I need some help here I keep getting the "problem communicating with origin" screen.
any help would be a great help. By the way i am new to shard please help.

Is there some setting that i need to do within the computer so that there can be communication to make
a connection?

Did you read over the instructions at http://www.uoex.net/ ? Are you using razor? did you set the address/port correctly?
