For those of you who need this still. this is the correct Hue.mul

As for instructions on using it:
1. Download it
2. Extract it from the rar file
3. rename the hue.mul in your UO Directory to oldhue.mul
4. place the new hue.mul in your UO Directory
5. restart your client
