Got a Question about the Town Crier.

What do you have to do to go about putting a message on the Town Crier? I'm sure there is a cost involoved, but would like to know what that cost is, and how one goes about getting the message set up. Thank you.

Can you be a bit more specific?? I don't see any catagory on the Wiki "Town Crier" and a search of the Wiki for "Town Crier" comes back with 0 results.
