Patch help

Installed the game from the main page and installed the hue file. The globe in the TC isn't rotating and i don't see all the sparkles. Would love to fix this.

Hi Joe,

I copied the content of this ZIP file (http://www.uoex.net/codex/technical/patching) once to my UO folder...since that time the globe is rotating.
