:dance I vote giving/selling (whatever is needed) Jax2 the Rune Library and let him take control of updating it! If he is so inclined, I can see this working nicely. He already has the motivation and a plan.

Best to end this debacle over PWN guildhouse right away.

It was basically a vendor house, and there was a private area in the 2nd floor. I don't know if any of the vendors were kept updated there, but it didn't have any real historic value. Thing with Moogie's house is that even when she stopped playing, people still talked about it, referring others to go there to get a location.

As for Jester's account age, I was actually curious about who got here first, and it was Moogie. Well not that it's relevant, what matters is just the last login date.

Sorry that your guildhouse got wiped, but I believe that 6 months is a long enough time for someone to at least login for a minute to refresh their account. The historic landmark thing is an exception. Also sorry if we misunderstood eachother about which houses will get wiped, from what i know i told you that just the Jesterjay Estates houses will be preserved, I don't remember mentioning of the other houses. Perhaps you concluded that in order to preserve their houses, i will preserve the accounts.

Sorry for the offtopic, I feel i needed to address the issue, but it will stop at this post.

I just find it interesting that you feel the need to wipe 2 accounts of long standing players, but yet leave another one who hasn't been on in just as long.

Moogie and Styles accounts aren't necessary to preserve the library, just as Kati and Jesters aren't necessary to preserve the Estates.

I have no interested in talking about what I said or what you said, we already had that discussion and I'm fine leaving that where it is.

We did not "leave" the account active for Moogie, she has logged in within the guidelines. She is currently in appropriate standings. However if Moogie were to be gone for 6 months or more, then we would take over the house, as it has many great resources. The guild house you speak of had nothing of use in existence. The vendors were no longer functioning with purpose and there was no contributing purpose. The Rune Library however offered much in the way of functionality and convenience for Excelsior and this is why we have chosen to adopt it, in the event that Moogie does not return.

Furthermore, the previous time that we commandeered the Rune Library, it was a preventative measure that was done in anticipation, however Moogie logged in before the account wipe and asked why her home belonged to the staff. An account wipe had not yet been done, and we returned the ownership to her, advising her of the anticipated measures taken.

That house was my access to my training room in addition to other things. Apparently the location had use to someone, considering the location had a house placed as soon as the items were out of the way.

uhm, yeah i i assume youre talking about kati's old vendorish house spot. you bet i placed a house there lol. like 50 other people woulda done.. well everyone else who has an open house slot would have done lol... its like kinda the point of the house drops. new spaces open up after goods are cleared out. now i just have to figure out what i wanna build there *scratches head*

btw did you buy the training room? b/c access is placed in the owners house from what i know (guildie has one). so im guessing it belonged to kati. my guildie gave some keys to me and a few. but its no ones fault if he doesnt come back and the training room goes with him (hope he gets to play again though!). the guild will just get another one. we technically dont have any right to it anyway, lol just a nice attachment to our guildie
