Fishing Contest (WIN EXDz)

Howdy Y'all one of my favorite things to do is slam down a cold one and fish so I'm bring it here. Will the fishing part any way. I'm going to have a fishing contest tomorrow starting 1700 hours shard time (5pm). I would like some feed back on what you would like to see in the contest. So far I'm going to go with "The Big" fish the ones that put the date and time on the fish so I can be sure the fish was caught during the contest. I will reward 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for the biggest fish and also the one who catches the most. Will pay gold down to 10th place and will buy all sos that the contestents want to sell for 5k each. I would like all and any feed back on this before I post the rules so I can get all the "bugs" worked out and everyone can have fun with it. Also gold will be given for the biggest catch on the hour. Now I just await your input so I can flesh this out and let everyone have fun

ok here is what I'm thinking. Have the contest for 24 hours. And winners will be like this.

FOR EXDOLLARS:

1st - 15 exdollars
2nd - 10 exdollars
3rd - 5 exdollars
The most in 24 hours - 10 exdollars (yes you can place and win most)
Also there is a (1) power hour I will give a shout that the power hour starts and the biggest fish that hour wins 5 exdollars

FOR GOLD

4th - 100k
5th - 75k
6th - 50k
7th - 25k
8th - 15k
9th - 10k
10th - 5k

Also all winners will be posted with the fish (or fish) the won with so all my see

Good luck to all and happy fishing will check post and before start time make sure that the it's posted again with any changes as they come up. No changes to this can be made one hour before the contest starts so if you have some feed back you want in better post it before then. Amazing! I think we had a similar contest once about 2 or more years ago, I've put the time stamp on them for that reason and am glad it's still useful, but I've even forgotten that they now have it. Glad to see player ran events

will I got my hands on some more ex dollars so I'm going to add 5 more power hours making it a total of 6 power hours, that will give everyone a chance to win more. so the 1st place could walk out with 55 ex dollars if they also win most, and all the power hours. Ok the contest will start on May 26, 2009. Will end May 27, 2009. (shard time)

The contest will start at 4am shard time (eairly bird gets the worm) and will end 24 hrs later.

While I'm active you can turn in your fish and I will doc what you have so far.

All fish must have the time and date on them in order to count.

For power hours I will give the message over chat all turned in during that hour will count if late so sorry even if the fish was caught during the power hour it will not count unless you turn it in.

All rewards will be given after the contest.

I just want to thank E'Walker for hosting this event. Theres not much that can make fishing exciting but he found a way and I'm having a blast even if I don't win anymore. thank you Walker for the great fun, i think that is the most fun i have had in UO in all my years playing anywhere i think i walked out a big winner even without the added money, fishing with friends, these keys i LOVE them!! and everyone thank you for the past 24 hours so so much fun!!
