Training Room Questions

Can you raise resisting spells in the training room by targeting yourself? (I'd rather not waste regs to find out)

Would you take damage by targeting yourself in there?

Not sure about in the training room, but I have done this same thing in my house. So i'm guessing it would probably work their as well. Just as a suggestion, I'd also work healing at the same time, if you haven't done so already.

I just checked, there's no limit on casting spells or on the skill itself, so it should raise as normal. Make sure you eat some food as well, it will make you raise faster.
