Disclaimer: This is by no means a "donate now" post. Further down, I outline what you need to obtain these sandals entirely in-game as well. I merely cite donation as a faster option.
First off, I am assuming this silver hue is special or iridescent in some way, and therefore requires a universal dye tub to simulate. I doubt it can be obtained from any regular dye tub or veteran reward dye tub, or else you would not be asking here as the method of obtaining them would be painfully obvious (dye normal sandals with said tub).
Now, via donation it's a pretty trivial matter to create these sandals, assuming you don't mind forking out a bit of cash for pixels - and in this case pixels that only satisfy nostalgia goggles rather than granting some substantial game benefits like the other Excelsior Dollar (hereafter referred to as ED) rewards.
You'd need:
- a regular pair of sandals from the cobbler
a universal dye tub
an item bless deed
The universal tub is used to obtain the exact silver hue (check the Hue Room statues for the hue number and plug it into the tub) and the bless deed fulfills your desire that the sandals be blessed.
Donating 10 USD would give you 100 ED and a bonus unitub.
Normally, 50 of those 100 ED would go towards an Item Bless Deed, after which you'd be set - you would have all the items you needed and 50 ED spare.
However, you can sell the ED at 30k gold each on the in-game market, and then buy an Item Bless Deed for a million
gold (from the Trinsic Gold Stone) which works out to be 2/3rds of the effective cost compared to buying said Deed with ED (since 50 ED is worth 1.5 million gold).
You'd also have 50 ED left over, a slick 1.5 million gold (or another 50 ED reward if you wished).
You can also get away with donating a mere 5 bucks.
You'd get 50 ED, sell those for 1.5 million gold, and buy the 1 million gold bless deed and the unitub for 100k, and have 400k left over to mess around with.
I also heard you could get clothing bless deeds via higher Tailoring BODs, but I have not confirmed this myself.
If these
do exist, they would certainly be cheaper than the 1 million gold Item Bless Deeds (since they only work on clothing, after all).
You'll probably want to get confirmation on the existence of clothing bless deeds first, since you may be able to obtain them purely by doing your favored crafting (large tailor BODs), and that would mean all you need to spend is the 100k for a unitub, meaning it can be done entirely in-game.
Even if clothing bless deeds don't exist you can still do it entirely in-game with 1,100,000 gold total. But with your insistence to be a pure crafter that may take some time unless you focus entirely on gathering materials and selling them. Since to craft most lucrative items with sane chances of success you will require powerscrolls in multiple skills, which will put a dent in your income for a good while.
