Debra's lost crafts quest

Hello all!

My name is Cyric and I'm new to UOEx. I haven't played UO in a long time (at least 8 years). I wanted to say thanks for all the help I've gotten from folks so far, but I have a question concerning the Spellcaster's Keys quest. Looking on the Wiki, I see it starts with Debra southwest of Brit bank. I've searched for Debra and I can't find her. I did find Roberta the Crafter, but she doesn't start the quest.

Some folks in [c told me to go to Minoc and the keys would be near the public moongate. Having stood around there shift+ctrl'ing for 20 minutes, I still couldn't find them. Instead of looking even more like a noob than I feel, I've come to the forums for some help.

Again, I wanted to say thanks for the warm welcome and all the help I've gotten here.
