For the price of the foundaton on a custom house, does that include construction? or is it an addtional cost to build the house. Walls, style etc?.

You cannot customize a pre-made house. The only customizing options available are the ones you use to build a customizable house.

In reply to this thread, the cost of the foundation itself is completely separate from that of the customizing costs. You have to pay for all tiling, walling, roofing, etc. Also, keep in mind that every time you make an adjustment to your customizable home, you have to pay at least 15k, regardless of whether you removed or added something, such as a wall or door.

If you create a thread involving a particular subject, such as you did with customizable houses.. and you wish to ask a second question, either edit your original post or just reply to it. Please don't create a second thread pertaining to the same subject. It can cause quite a bit of confusion, plus it's much easier to reply to your questions in one thread than multiples..

You cannot customize a pre-made house.

Right. You can only add teleporters that you can buy for 100K each at the gold stone in Trinsic. These are particularly nice in castles so that you can access the central roof and the other four roofs at the corner towers.
