Formal introduction, new to the shard

Hello everyone, i started playing in Excelsior two days ago, i wanted to come here and introduce myself. This servers seems very friendly i am loving it so far. My name is Marcelo, i live in Argentina, 25 years old, Php programmer.
I played UO for several years, in some free shards here in south america, and in Atlantic last year. I found on a Top UO site this place and i decided to give it a try. Never played on a shard with no limits, and suits perfect for me as i always liked more PvM than PvP.

Any suggestions for a starter? i will appreciate it a lot. I was reading some topics and found some about the Organics collect on a newbie quest (until day 21's account, or something like that). So i am doing the quest in time to time, and i will sell the bulk of Organics when i am done. What is the current purchace price of this item?
I want to be a Treasure Hunter, anything you could say about this profession with the server rules will be much appreciated!.
