A couple things I would like to see are...
1. Sticky Feature. Make the window stay put and not move, even upon death or relogging.
2. Resizing. Make the window be able to be made bigger or smaller.
3. Well actually just those two things.

I would love for certain "windows" to be customizable. Now when I say windows, I am referring to things like paperdoll, backpack, map, stats, etc.

Changing the "windows" would include messing with the GUI, which I have no experience with...
1.) By window, do you mean backpacks, skills scroll window, paperdoll, spell icons?...
2.) Resizing your game window can be done with Razor, in the More Options tab. Look below:
Just play with the dimensions by logging in and out after altering them.
