Unable to turn in BOD

Completed my first Carpenter BOD from the NPC in Britain. Went to turn it in, and there's no arrow to click to claim the reward. Same thing happened on a Fletching BOD from another Britain NPC.

What am I missing?

I am used to the Blacksmith jobs always having the button to claim and was confused by the format of the other BODs.

The carpenter one asks for crates, but does not specify which size.

When it comes to crates, you have to look at the picture of the crate on the bod to determine what size it is looking for. Then go to your tool menu and check the picture of the different crates until you find the one that matches. The crate gumps are different enough for you to properly determine which one it is asking for.

Also, if you drag and drop, it will reset your BOD timer for that particular craft so you can get another right away. I believe that the arrow either doesn't reset the timer, or only does it on occasion.
