Special Cloak (Cape)

I am looking for a Cloak (Cape) that is better than the reward choices we get when we log on (Ice Blue, Copper etc.). I am willing to purchase or trade for this special item. Currently, I wear an Ice Blue Cloak with Physical Resist 3%. I have Super Rare (GM Made) Gloves and Hat to Trade or many other items like Organics, Bio-Pet making Items and other things. There arn't many option out there. I use the ultimate quiver. Its not a cape, but it gives +3 archery +10 DI and +5DCI also has 0 weight for arrows. It works even if your not using a bow. It cost 2k elven notes from heartwood. I don't have one forsale, but wanted to give you this information.

You could also level a weapon with nice resists maybe DI DCI HCI or Luck and add stats and more resists regen whatever and have it relayered into a cloak
