Hacker on the server?!?

I will explain you my situation:

1 week ago, I tryed to log on my Uo account. When I enter it said this: You account was blocked for 1 of the 4 following reasons. And then it says 4 things that are not in link my situation...

I was thinking it was a ban first, but I realised that I didn't do something that could give me a ban.

So, after, I started thinking about it...
1- I didn't give any tips or give my password to anyone (it have lot of number and letters)
2- I think was in good relation with all the players on the shard (nobody hate me)
3-My friends notices that their account too was blocked... They are 5... So a total of 6 account blocked...

So I ask these question: 1- Is that a hacker or only the administrator that block my account and my friends accounts?
2- Can the administrator have my account back (I think that a lot of people will like to have me back)
3- If it a ban by the administrator, can you give ma another chance?

I'm pretty sure all my friends want to see me back

Please help me with this because i played limke 200 h. and I don't want tor estart all ;(

it is possible that your account was hacked, or that it has been banned by an admin. The most likely reason for you to be banned without warning is if there is someone who creates multiple accounts, that is linked with your account (a family member, or someone who played from your house, or you played from their house). Because when i see someone getting out of jail to commit further violations of the rule by simply logging onto another account, and if there's many accounts linked to that one, i simply put a stop to it by banning all of them, then waiting for an email (or in this case a forum post), to correct any unfair bans.

Please send me an email to the address listed on the frontpage. Write your username, and the time when you remember that you logged in last (preferably in "shard time" (CET), or write your local date/time and also write what timezone you live in).

I will then look into this and see what can be done.
