Having issues with collecting BODs

I'm new here and I'm having issues collecting certain BODs and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

So far, I have been able to collect Smithing, Carpentry and Animal Taming BODs without any problems. The issues I have had are with Tailoring and Bowcraft.

For tailoring, I click the tailor and select BOD Info from the menu and I get the normal system message that says I can get an order, but it doesn't pop up the gump for me to accept the BOD.

For the bowcraft, I have visited 3 different bowyer vendors (Luna, Skara and Britain) and none of them have the BOD Info option available on their menu. My fletching skill is currently at 10.1.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

try in haven east of the teleporter there is a fletcher there, i just picked one up this morning from her. do not forget there is a timer as to how quickly they reset.

Is your UO client coeerectly patched for UOEX?

There is a certain minimum skill level before you can get a bod and it may be different for each craft. The higher your skill, the better the bod you can get. At 120, I never get a normal bod any more, only exceptionals.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I do have the correct client, downloaded and installed from the file package on this site. I was having a cliloc error when running razor, but found the fix for that last night (running Windows 7 so I changed the game directory to /Ultima Online/ rather than /Ultima Online - Excelsior Shard/) and that took care of the cliloc error in razor.

So after fixing that, I rebooted and logged in to see if maybe that was the problem. I got a BOD from the Animal Tamer in Luna, from the Carpenter in Luna and from the Blacksmith in Luna. When I tried to get one from the Tailor in Luna, it still gave me that system message about You can get an order, but didn't pop up the gump to accept. Anyway, since I didn't have time to wait an hour to try again last night (darn sleep always getting in the way) I tried again this morning and was able to get a BOD from the Tailor in Britain. Weird, maybe there is something wrong with the Tailor NPC in Luna? Can someone else give him a try and see if maybe its just that NPC that needs to be reset or something?

Unfortunately, I am still unable to get any fletching BODs, it doesn't give me the option on any of the Bowyer NPCs I visit. So, I am going to assume it is because my skill is still too low and work on that and try again when I reach a higher skill level. Hopefully, that's all it is for that one.
