Character Stuck at Brit Bank

I was on my main character, Becca Tuireann and my client crashed. When I tried to log her back in it logs her in, but the client does not display on my screen... I hear the sounds but can't see anything. Have tried rebooting system, running just the client without razor and with razor. I can log in and see everything just fine on my other character, so I am hoping if a GM will move my character away from the brit bank maybe I can log her in and see things again. Thanks

I had an issue with my main crashing all the time, alot of time not being able to log in. After 4 hours, Rayne fixed me, you might want to get a hold of her;-)

this is pre aos but on sphere there was a little glitch with hues.mul or static.mul files. game sending a certain hue color and your main file didn't recognize and boom crash. dunno if that's what it's like on a runuo or not...unsure. fiacha had the same problem near someone's house. was strange, but after she tried it about 10 times she finally was able to log back in. so dunno about the files. always good to update though.

Hi there, not sure if this is still a problem or not, well i just checked and found that you were at your house. Just in case, i have moved you to a town, so that if it's still a problem, it might help with it.

Thank you to a knowledgeable and helpful staff. My issue has been resolved with the help of +Chaos. The fix for my specific problem was to hit Alt+Enter twice, to go to full screen then back again. I was able to log in, could hear the sounds around the bank where my character was but no window opened for me for the client. By doing this it was fixed.

Thank you also to +Colibri for responding to my post and moving my character before I got a chance to post that I had been fixed. I appreciate that staff here is responsive to help requests. I'm just a newbie (20+ days now) but am looking forward to spending time here.

yeah the staff here is excellent. normally if you page and there is a gm on; you'll hear from them in less than 15 mins. excellent work for a free shard.
