where in the shard do you get the cloak of the legions is it a quest item any info on the would be helpful.

Hmm it could be from one of the places that another staffer has created, though it doesn't really ring a bell. Maybe it's something you saw on another shard and it was custom thing there?

+Hina tells me it's from +Veritas' event from about a year back (or 9 months). So that means the cloak can't be obtained regularly, only if someone sells it to you.
